Comment (by dd32):

 The descriptions of those projects mentions where the newer strings are
 located.

 As these projects are not listed anywhere else in the UIs, and in general
 isn't linked to directly we can probably just ignore that these are listed
 there (Plus we'd have to update any import scripts for
 bbPress/BuddyPress).

 I think instead, `/projects` should redirect to `/` when you don't have
 any permissions to manipulate the projects directly.
