 Needs to removed **Contributors & Developers** block when plugin
 Contributors name is not available or plugin contributors name is listed
 on WordPress profile.

 For some plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-client-
 logo-carousel-slider/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/rubsum-social-
 links/ WordPress not display there contributors names so need to remove
 Contributors & Developers block from plugin detail page means when
 contributor name is not available or contributor profile link is not
 available then need to remove above block.
