 Hi @janak007, Welcome to Meta WordPress Trac! Thank you for your ticket.

 As per your description i have check link
 https://2018.kualalumpur.wordcamp.org/2018/08/26/call-for-speakers/ and
 validation is working fine as per it's required fields so add screenshot
 or steps to generate above validation error so other can check it and
 replicate same error.

 Also mark as 2nd-opinion so other can share there opinion.
