 Context : Organising WordCamp and using CampTix Coupon Codes.

 Currently, when using a coupon code for multiple people (for example for
 speakers), there is no possibility to limit the number of tickets that one
 can buy with the coupon.

 That means that a speaker that gets the coupon code will be able to
 register multiple people in one go. We had two cases where a speaker got a
 free ticket for their friend this way.

 Adding a "max number of tickets per order" parameter for each coupon code
 would help solve this problem (although it would not prevent a speaker to
 get two tickets in two separate registrations).
