 I recently released a plugin, and noticed that my == Installation ==
 section automatically gets added to the first item in the FAQ.  I moved
 the == Installation == section around, thinking it would fix it, but it
 didn't..

 I went and looked at a few other plugins via the WordPress admin, and they
 also seem to have the same issue - the Installation instructions are
 repeated in the FAQ.  I assume this is a bug because it seems redundant
 otherwise.
