 In `gutenberg-tweaks.php` the function `gutenberg_post_has_blocks()` is
 used although it is deprecated since Gutenberg 3.6.

 I've checked and as the Full Screen mode is on, Gutenberg 3.8 is active on
 WordCamp sites. I suggest to use the new Gutenberg function to avoid the
 deprecated notice to log.
