 Meetup Organizer Handbook page has "quizzes" section.

 It is very helpful to learn about Meetup chapter program well.
 But this quizzes is one of contents in "WordPress Community Self-
 Training".

 I think it has some problems bellow,

 - Site administrator can only manage quizzes.
 - It is difficult to enable multilingual.

 I suppose Meetup organizer handbook needs to absorb quizzes section, and
 to enable multilingual.
