We've discussed this ticket in design triage today. Two things we've
noticed:
When you click the reviews tab, you move to a different environment: the
forum. It took a while before we noticed. This is where the flow gets
detached and it gets confusing for users, it's unexpected behaviour. This
may probably need a new ticket, as it addresses a different problem.
The problem mentioned here, is a difference in displaying the reviews on
the ticket and the forum. The latter only shows title and rating, you'd
have to click to see the content. The 'read more' link mentioned in this
ticket's description is not there anymore (or do you mean the 'read all-
link at the bottom?), it's unclear you can read the review by clicking on
the title. Same goes for the fact that you're moving to a different area
when you click the title or read all.
We suggest a more consequent display of reviews on both the forum and the
plugin page. Besides that we'd think that it would be useful to make it
clearer that people are moving to a different environment. Because coming
back from the forums to the plugin page requires a click on a different
location, which is not intuitive.
