 I've added a patch for my initial attempt at generate translation files
 for JS translations.

 As suggested they're in JSON format and using the md5 hash of the file
 instead of replacing `/` with `-`. That should ensure we don't run into
 file path limits.

 @ocean90 @swissspidy I'd appreciate if you could take a look and see if
 this is the direction we want to go.
