 I made a little screencast to clarify the problem here. It now looks like
 the whole green box is clickable, as the cursor changes to a pointer when
 entering the green box. This is confusing.

 Compare it to the header menu. Here, the cursor only changes to a pointer
 when you hover the menu items, not in the entire black header area.

 Same should go for the language box. Don't make it look like it's
 clickable when it's not.
