 Hello,

 This originally stems from the GlotPress issue #929
 https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues/929

 There is was noted that the duplication of comments comes from the WP
 string extractor and GP uses whatever is in the source POT file so to fix
 in translate.wp.org we'd have to fix the original POT files created by the
 string extrator.
