 CampTix in designed in such a way that some things break if the
 `[camptix]` shortcode is used on multiple pages, but it doesn't do
 anything to inform users about that fact. So, people often use it on
 multiple pages for valid reasons, and non-obvious problems occur.

 It'd probably be easy to add an `admin_notice` to the page if we detect
 the shortcode is used on other pages. That way people could remove the
 second instance of the shortcode.
