#3630: Hide themes/plugins from your profile

I'd like to see an option where you can hide a theme or plugin from your
profile page so you could still be listed as a contributor on the project
page itself, but it just doesn't appear on your list of projects on your
`profiles.wordpress.org/*` page.
People may want this sort of thing hidden for a number of reason, whether
they've deprecated the project, they only want to feature a select few
things or they're giving the project to another developer.
I'd imagine the best way to implement this (I think, I'm not sure), would
be to have a button similar to the favourites on the theme and plugin
pages where you can click it once and it'll hide it, then click it again
to show it.
I've added this to the profiles component as technically it's related to
profiles but would cross over into both theme and plugin directories.
