 Shouldn't we
 1 - explain in the forum guidelines (or somewhere else) what exactly is a
 non-support topic? And
 2 - warn users that marking the //This topic is not a support question//
 checkbox will make their topics don't appear in the no-replies list,
 reducing their chances to get help?
