New description:

 Use case: A General Translation Editor want to quickly evaluate or approve
 the translations the that were contributed by a specific user.

 First step (out-of-scope for this ticket): Links from user profile page to
 translation projects that have contributions by this user. See #1664.

 Second step (the purpose of this ticket): Quickly being able to isolate
 the relevant sub-project and opening a view that is filtered for
 contributions by this user.

 New functionality requested (See illustration):
 1. A new clickable symbol (e.g. down arrow) next to each row with summary
 details.
 2. When the down arrow is clicked, it changes to an up arrow, and a more
 detailed view with the contributions of this particular user per
 subproject becomes visible.
 The name of each subproject is clickable, and will open a translate view
 of the relevant subproject, filtered for contributions by this particular
 user.
 3. If the up arrow is clicked, the detailed view is hidden again.

 If not too heavy, it would even be nice to have each number contain a link
 that will additionally be filtered for contributions by this user in the
 relevant translation status.
