 Based on all previous conversation, my best recommendation is simple
 global placeholder text, with the following format:

 1. Describe what happened that was unexpected or problematic.

 2. Describe what you expect to happen instead.

 3. Describe what steps you've already taken to fix the problem, if any.

 That alone would make first support request posts immensely more
 productive. It would only be placeholder text, so the user could just
 ignore it completely, but at least they'd have a structure to follow that
 would ideally help guide how constructive their request is.
