Comment:

 I think this is a very special situation, most users only have one topic,
 maybe two in extreme cases, for a plugin or theme. Finding them in My
 Topics is much easier than us needing to do a query involving meta queries
 (which can be expensive).

 As such I'm marking this as `wontfix` at this time (do feel free to start
 a discussion on it, it just means at this time there's not a large enough
 benefit to justify it)
