 * priority:  normal => low


Comment:

 This would have to be a conscious choice about whether to remove posts or
 not, as there are other situations where an account is blocked than just
 them being spammers.

 Lowering the priority of this, as it's not as big of a burden now that
 Akismet handles a lot of it for us.
