Comment:

 We tracked this down to bbPress re-counting topics and replies in the
 forums you move to and from, causing timeouts on large sites like ours.
 Closing as `wontfix` from our side of things as they lack filters and
 actions to change this beyond hacking bbPress files our selves. They are
 aware of the issue and working on a better implementation.
