 What do you think about making it look like the FAQ section in plugins to
 make it easier digest-able? Although it does hide the answers.

 In addition we could show the submission form only after the checked a box
 saying that they read and understand the FAQ. Though it'll likely be
 treated like Terms of Services. At least I probably would…
