 Hi and thanks for this ticket,

 I am removing `has-patch` workflow keyword since there is no patch file
 for the moment.

 You should have a look on Meta Handbook to propose a real patch for this
 request: https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/ :-)

 Also, I guess the priority is not `high` since it has to be discussed
 before: we are following PHPCS and especially WordPress Coding Standards
 for filenames. See related handbook page:
