 Yeah, that is a bit unfortunate. The logos are exactly the same size, it's
 just the font that's different. Short of using a different wp.com logo,
 I'm not sure how to change that

 It's the way [https://developer.apple.com/app-store/marketing/guidelines
 /#section-badges Apple's marketing guidelines ask us to use it]. However
 it looks like Google updated theirs recently,
 [https://play.google.com/intl/en_us/badges/ and now they both look equally
 bad].
