 @duanestorey Can you let us know what you're supplying to the validator?

 The error is a bit obtuse, but the plugin header should be literally `===
 MY PLUGIN NAME ===`.

 https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/hello-dolly/trunk/readme.txt is parsing
 correctly for me.
