New description:
Hello,
I've noticed with the translate.wordpress.org site if the string's first
word is WordPress it doesn't get the auto capitalization of the P to
WordPress. However if the word is in any other position within the string
it get auto-corrected.
To reproduce you can choose any string, add WordPress to the end of it and
submit, it'll auto-convert to WordPress. Now with the same string or
another add WordPress to the beginning and submit and you'll find it
doesn't capitalize the P.
Thanks

Sounds like a regex issue?
