 Replying to [ticket:1827 samuelsidler]:

 on the single view in both places (ratings and reviews) and in the
 homepage/search result cards.

 That's really hard to do without fundamentally changing how the stars
 markup to make half stars work. I don't think the yellow outline is
 working too badly.

 > * Remove blue underline when hovering the ratings number (in the
 widget).

 That seems to have been fixed in an earlier commit.

 > * Show total number of reviews in ratings widget (similar to homepage).

 With the different sizes of stars, adding the total number just looks very
 awkward. I think having the counts per rating right below that works well
 enough on single views.

 > * In the reviews section, decrease the spacing between the stars and
 review itself (see screenshot for section).

 I'll have a commit forthcoming on that.

 > * Remove the on-hover blue underline entirely from the "Read all [n]
 reviews" and "See all" ratings links, to match the "Read more" links
 elsewhere.

 #3373 will cover that.
