 Unclear exactly how important an ES index is here, but opening up for
 discussion.

 An easy example where results are terrible:
 https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/?s=posts ("post" of course is much
 better).

 Steps to create this:
 - Enable Jetpack on developer.wordpress.org so we can sync all posts
 - Build a custom index. I think a custom index is needed so we can do
 custom analysis of the function names, etc. Could then do boosting when
 matching a function name.

 Note to self: Opengrok has a Lucene custom analyzer for php (and others):
