 Many improvements to search and related topics we could make by having an
 ES index.

 Some related tickets: #7 #8 #37 #36

 Steps:
 - Enable Jetpack to sync all posts and comments (this is a hard step, 6m
 posts or so)
 - Build a custom ES index for the posts. Almost certainly will need to be
 custom
