 Hi! I've just noticed that the title tag of plugin page in plugin
 repository doesn't bring the translated plugin name, like in
 https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ for instance. It shows
 "Diagnóstico" in page content, but "Health Check" in the browser bar.

 I've searched for a ticket already mentioning it here and didn't find
 any... Anyway, sorry if I missed something :)
