 Hey @petersplugins, thanks for opening this ticket!

 While recreating the Plugin Directory we tried to declutter the existing
 UI, and pared down a lot of the things that we felt were not used by a
 large number of users. Adding links to other language sites feel like part
 of that to me, where in my assessment it's not too much to ask to change
 the URL to get there and the general demand for a link I imagine would be
 low.
