 As per wordpress.org/about/security issues related to that specific page
 should be reported upstream to https://github.com/WordPress/Security-
 White-Paper/

 I've created a PR with the URL change here: https://github.com/WordPress
 /Security-White-Paper/pull/67

 I'm going to leave this ticket open, as the changes need to sync'd over to
 WordPress.org.
