 That's kind of debatable. The sidebar there is all informational, it
 doesn't have any links other than the Advanced View, and that's only
 because we didn't have anywhere else to stick the Advanced View link.

 Translation into other languages is one of those niche things that doesn't
 need to be on every page. It's kind of a Developer thing to do. A redesign
 of the layout might move that at some future point though.
