 What about this:
 There are no support representatives appointed yet for this plugin. A
 support rep has a special badge when posting in the support forum of the
 plugin and can mark topics as “solved”.

 Perhaps a corresponding text might be useful under "Contributors", too?
 But I know too little about the logics and capabilities to draft that one.
