 While it's not perfect, I think we should go with Mark's most recent
 mockup for the subnav. Increasing consistency across all of the site will
 probably require a redesign of the entire site (which is probably needed
 anyway).

 Let's reach out to the specific communities affected and discuss what is
 changing and how we can help in specific cases where the content is
 absolutely not covered by the new About page.
