 '''aren't updating''' the plugins translated pages.

 Why only ''stable-readme'' updates the plugins translated page?

 Since translating in ''dev-readme'' or ''stable-readme'' propagates to
 each other, translators can translate in any branch, and both situations
 should update the plugin page in real time.
