 The WordPress theme preview sidebar collapse button is not working
 properly on the desktop and mobile view both.

 I also notice that If you are not logging into your wordpress.org account
 and look to WordPress theme preview sidebar then you can't see properly
 close, previous, next and download buttons on desktop view because of
 wpadminbar.
