 On mobile phones, where the comments are not loaded on page load, a link
 to a comment does not work. Instead the post is loaded normally as if
 there was no comments hash in the url.

 This is especially annoying in long threads and can make it very hard to
 find the comment that's been linked to in the first place, e.g.
 https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2015/05/19/hi-polyglots-im-a
 -validator-of-the-portuguese/#comment-278388
