 In addition, to links in footer, there should be a way to add a sidebar
 with a menu/widget area:

 * On https://wordpress.org/about/, there are two sidebars: a list of
 subpages on the left, a list of lead developers and contributors on the
 right.
 * On https://ru.wordpress.org/about/, we could put some general WP
 information (still to be added) and a list of team members, but there's no
 place for a list of subpages like
 https://ru.wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
