 @ocean90 one oddity after playing some more with this is due to alternate
 cases which breaks up the list with multiple repeating headings and then
 the two arrows (caps and lowercase) both bring up the capitalized. Let me
 know if that stems a new request of merging case when 'Case Sensitive'
 isn't checked.
