 I think, IMVHO, that a backend page, in Rosetta, with the list of request,
 could be very interesting.

 A dev, could ask for PTEs, in the plugin or theme page, a user colud
 request to become pte on the plugin/theme page and/or on translate.

 Maybe, an automatic post on meke polyglots
