 The page [https://make.wordpress.org/core/features-as-plugins/ Feature
 Plugins Tracking] is not up-to-date anymore.

 It should now talk about "Feature Projects", not "Feature Plugins", as
 that concept had been changed.

 Also, the person to contact for changes is currently Samuel Sidler, who
 confirmed that he's not the one taking care of the page anymore.
