 This should be covered by https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/report/26

 Like it has been outlined in #2446, Profiles is probably not the most
 appropriate place to provide theme overview information or management
 tools. Reviews and Communication with theme reviewers happens in Trac, I
 think thats the natural place to display information related to that as
 well—as it has been done.
