 * priority:  normal => low


Comment:

 FWIW this is due to `api.wordpress.org/plugins/update-check` API not being
 locale-aware.

 Unfortunately, supporting translation in that API isn't easy due to the
 sheer number of requests that API handles.
 I'm bumping he priority down to `low` on this to reflect that it's not
 going to change anytime soon, but that we should still support it somehow.
