Comment:

 The slack discussion linked above basically came to these two statements:

 > There are many, many issues with the dot org privacy page, but its
 filepath is not one of them.

 > the CalOPPA site, cited: https://consumercal.org/about-cfc/cfc-
 education-foundation/california-online-privacy-protection-act-caloppa-3/
 is one I often cite for CalOPPA representations.
 > The law requires a conspicuous link containing the word “Privacy”

 The WordPress Privacy team therefor doesn't see any need for this to
 change. It may be moved in the future as needed if the structure of the
 site updates, but having it as a subpage of the about section (which
 applies to all WordPress.org things) is fine.
