 As I mentioned in Slack, each contributor team actually maintains their
 own handbook, so in the future, your best bet is to either create a ticket
 over on Core Trac or drop a comment in the #core or #core-docs channels in
 Slack.

 I've gone ahead and updated the core handbook with the new default sites
 as described. Thanks again!
