**Header links:**
''Further emphasizes newbie-friendly links and messaging toward the top,
without confusing potentially less web-savvy users (removes Docs, Mobile
app links). Also nudges users toward the revamped Support portal (hides
Forums link) to encourage traffic to land on the new articles/FAQ etc

**Footer links:**
''Maintains current shortcuts for the most part with more logical
grouping/flow, with some more advanced links and resources for developers
and web savvy users (and bots). Tweaks a few link names for better

renaming Codex to Docs, and Make to Contribute. Also assumes that WP.org
admins are open to launching a Terms of Service, and promoting the
thousands of WordPress Meetups being organized around the world each year
(outside of current WordCamp events). In addition, proposes ditching the
(abandoned) Learn portal in favor of a more academic-setting Classroom
portal that focuses on schools, teachers, and otherwise. Lastly, assumes
that the very fragmented Make portal could be better integrated into the
WordPress.org domain and content/feeds...''
