#3971: Support Forums: Clarify WP.org profile edit link

----------------------------+-----------------------------
The WP.org profile edit link added to forum profiles in [7908] is a bit
 confusing as is:

 * It says "Edit Profile", but leads to the main profile page, not the edit
 page.
 * It duplicates the existing link to the profile page in the content area.
 * The label clashes with the title of the forum profile edit link above.
 See the screenshot.

If the intention was to just link to the WP.org profile from the forum
profile, then there's already an existing link in the content area added
in #2068, I don't see a point in duplicating it.

 Update: After reading
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02QB8GMM/p1543352938402900 Slack
discussion], it looks like the intention was to add a WP.org profile link
to the sidebar, so that it's still accessible from the forum profile edit
 screen.

 In that case:

 * The label should be adjusted to "WP.org Profile".
 * The link should be moved to the top of the list, after "Profile".

If the intention was to add a WP.org profile edit link, then:

 * The label should be adjusted to "Edit WP.org Profile" for clarity.
 * The URL should actually lead to the edit page:
 * The label of the link above should be adjusted to "Edit Forum Profile"
 for clarity.
