 Hello!

 When visiting the 'English-Canada' version of wordpress.org, the download
 page comes up as a 404: [https://en-ca.wordpress.org/?page_id=4]

 Conversely, when visiting the 'French-Canada' version of wordpress.org,
 the download page works just fine: [https://fr-ca.wordpress.org/download/]

 The regular download page at www.wordpress.org still works and is where I
 usually download from, however this time around, on the homepage I saw a
 notification with links saying "WordPress is also available in English
 (Canada) (also Français du Canada)." and out of curiosity tried the
 English-Canada download.
