 Last updated in https://code.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/231.

 I guess it should be bumped to 12.18 (the latest security release in 12.x
 branch). Older versions should be marked as insecure.

 Current versions of the "new" Opera appear to be 42 on mobile (detected as
 Mobile Safari) and 47 on desktop (detected as Chrome). We could look into
 improving this in another ticket.
