 Ah, I think it's because the string
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/meta/plugins-v3/ru/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=5000080&sort%5Bby%5D=translation_date_added&sort%5Bhow%5D=asc
 was not fully translated] since it was converted to a plural string in
 [5928].

 GlotPress still displayed it as a translated string. I thought this was
 fixed in https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues/236, apparently
 not.
