 As noted above, when adding a new support rep whose display name includes
 an accented character or similar, the HTML entity used to represent that
 special character is initially exposed:

 * Visit the advanced tab in a plugin page you own
 * Add a support rep with a name such as `Mr Tést`
 * Success! But his name is rendered as `Mr Tést`
 * Refresh the page/come back later, though, and it displays as expected
